Hi @legalfalcon , could you please share your opinion?
My brother will complete his studies in Canada next month, but he just renewed his passport as his old passport was about to expire in a few months.
Does that mean that his study permit is currently invalid since his original passport that was mentioned on his permit is cancelled? Does he need to apply for an extension before he applies for pgwp next month?
