Renewed medical not being updated in GcKey

Hello. It's been 2 weeks since I have redone my medicals after they were expired in June and I have had no updates in my GcKey portal yet. It currently shows there is a counterfoil document and the status of the document is invalid. I am guessing that the document is the expired medicals which were expired around mid of June. I have redone my medicals at the last week of July and they are still updated yet and I am due to fly soon. The IRCC office related to my country is in Singapore and I have already emailed them twice and it has been 2 weeks and I am yet to receive a reply. I even sent a webform telling them about my updates and providing the medical information sheet but nothing has changed. What can I do in that case? I am in urgent need of help

It took me more than 1 month for that to reflect in the portal and another couple of week for me to get the email from ircc.
