Renewal pr card delay

Hi all
I sent my application for renewal pr card and they received on begining of july . But still ecas isn't show my application .. It seems its not in process yet . Its almost 4 month !! I'v checked the website and they are working on application received up to 30th may im so worry is there anyone in same situation ?

I applied in may and i sep i got letter from them to provide color photocopy of passports but i m not able to see my status online. I dont know what to do

Hi i applied for PR card renewal for my son through online PR card application portal https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/renewal/ . submitted the application in Aug 2023 and till the status is showing "submitted" . No other progress.. I submitted my application in aug 2023 and received PR card by mail in oct2023.
I sent so many web form for the status update and i didnt hear from them. Your inputs are highly appreciated .

Any potential red flags when it comesto his application? How old is he? How much time has he spent in Canada?
