Hi,

I am currently in Canada working based on my Work permit. My work permit & VISA both are expiring soon, and I am undergoing the work permit renewal process. I have to travel back to India for vacation as soon as my work permit gets renewed and will not have time to apply for the VISA renewal.

Can I travel back to India even if my Canadian VISA is expired ? Also if I apply for the VISA renewal from India, how much time that is going to take?
