Renewal of PR Card

I have been trying to upload and send everything required by the PR renewal website for the last three days. I am stuck on the down load and upload of the Document Checklist! It will let me download and save (Adobe Acrobat) but then when I go back to upload it will come up with a banner saying WARNING incorrect characters? I have read previous forums saying I need to clear all cache on my computer, which I have done. Paused Add Blocker and now using fire fox.
I still can not upload the checklist?
Can anyone give me any ideas of how to upload it!? That is the last thing before payment and sending it. Thank you.

Hmm.. actually it's kinda weird that they make you upload the document checklist at all.

it seems like you pay first and upload your payment receipt, and only after this do you attempt to upload the document checklist. So I wonder if it's complaining about that but just giving you the wrong error message. Or similarly complaining about a forgotten but required check in the checklist (but again with the bad error message).

Could someone advise what I need to do, I have attached all the required documents

If I'm understanding correctly this might be good news. From https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...oard/threads/your-document-is-invalid.846759/ someone has reported seeing this message because the PR card was successfully renewed and was being mailed to them... and they reported receiving it later.
