Hi friends,my friends mother's PR card expired 6 months back.She was out of Canada now for about 7 months.The card was issued in June 2008 and she stayed in canada till Nov 2010 so about 2 years and 5 months.So effectively it is 6 months since it was expired.What is the procedure to get a new card?what forms to use?Please let me know.
She has to be physically and mail the form in Canada in order to renew her PR card. Check the website www.cic.gc.ca for details.
