Hi. My working permit is expiring on Oct 15 2010. Can I extend my stay here by applying a visitor's visa? While waiting for the papers of my sponsorship? Will there any possibilities of being denied for my request of my extension? One more thing I'm planning to spend my holidays at Texas if ever that i have been approved of my extension (visitor's visa) here can I still come back after in Canada? Thanks.
