I completed my 5 years (specialized skill) in Canada with WP and currently moved outside. Can someone advice whether I can apply for a new WP immediately or after 1 year or after 4 years? I could see many threads in the internet and all are contradicting. Any information would be helpful.
FYI- I haven't initiated my PR yet.

1. You can apply immediately, as the 4 year accumulative time for work permits was eliminated in December 16.
