Renew TRV outside Canada with valid PGWP

I'm currently outside Canada but with valid PGWP, while my entry visa will expire with student category in July. So i was wondering how can I renew TRV outside Canada. Due to the virus, I have to apply online. The CIC questionnaire asked "What would you like to do in Canada?", when i choose work, it leads to work permit application page. Anyone knows how to get only the reentry visa?
