What do you mean by renew csq for spouse? please explain a little more..do you have a csq already? why you need to renew?...

i already have csq but after I got ppr Andy sent my passport for pr visa issue ..my visa office called that my csq has expired so in order to finalize we need to renew csq and submit ..so my question is how long will it take to renew csq?

What would be best for you is to call MIDI and ask them, because after doing some research all I could find is people saying either they called MIDI and were requested to reapply for csq again (which means the process would take the same time as a new csq application), or CIC contacted MIDI and requested a new csq (nothing mentioned about the processing time).
I would suggest you first contact MIDI and see what they say...
