To whom it may concern,

I am a Canadian Citizen who is currently working in Boston of Massachusetts in US. My Canadian passport has been expired for almost 2 years. Am I still be able to have it renewed? The Canadian Consulate in Boston is longer handling passport renewal. Could you please recommend another office where can I have my Canadian passport renewed? Your advice will be greatly appreciated

The US consulaties at the above link do not seem to offer passport services. However, if you go to the Passport Canada website, you can find your application forms and instructions here: http://www.ppt.gc.ca/info/form.aspx?lang=eng&region=USA You can then apply through the mail.

Because your passport expired more than 2 years ago, you can not use the simplified renewal process. You must use the other form.
