Renew OPEN Work Permit - Query!

Hi,

I am trying to renew my open work permit.
I was given the validity until my passport's expiration date at first.
Now I have my passport renewed and hence I am applying for my OWP renewal for the same date till my Spouse's WP validity who is on closed work permit.
What should I select on IMM 5710 Qus. 3. as currently I do not have any job in hand.

A work permit with the same employer
A work permit with a new employer
Restoration of temporary resident as a worker
Initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit.
