I have put 2 degrees to assess in IQAS ECA. Bachelor's degree and master's diploma. But my master's University refused to send transcripts to IQAS. I have emailed IQAS twice to remove my master's education/diploma but getting no response apart from getting automatic written email. What should I do? Any suggestions? Will they respond?
