Today I am coming to you for your opinions or if anyone has any similar experiences.
I received a letter from CBSA as I am subject to removal order. In 2023 they sent me the same letter and I filed a deferral removal which was denied, subsequently I filed a stay motion which was approved/allowed and subsequent judicial review for deferral request before CBSA which was also approved/allowed, the judge's decision was to send the case for redetermination by another official. Has anyone had this experience before? I am pretty sure it is a new decision on deferral removal. I am currently awaiting the decision on my HC application. I hope some of you can give me some insight on this matter.
Yes, I did the PRRA last year, that's why was issue the deportation order, but it was on hold according my explanation before. My interview was good, they will wait until a decision about my application is made.

You need to reapply to see if this new removal order can be put on hold. Just for your information H&C applications do not prevent removal. You can try to put it on hold.
