removal order appeals to IRB

CBSA issued me Exclusion order in june 2014 I appealed this to IAD /IRB that decision is still pending but suddenly CBSA enforced the exclusion and called me for PRRA. What will happen next? Can CBSA Remove me before I get any decision from appeal division?
little history is I have a favourable decision from immigration in a misrepresentation but it says I am not permanent residence of Canada so they issued me exclusion order. Can anybody guide me please?

I remember this one because it was very unique.

OP was sponsored for PR by her husband. OP's husband canceled the sponsorship after the PR visa was approved but didn't tell the OP. OP tried to land and was denied landing because her husband had canceled the application. I think this was 2-3 years ago. I suspect what has now happened is that CIC has decided the OP doesn't have a case for PR and is telling her it's time to leave Canada.

I thought one has to be called in for Pre removal risk assessment first before exclusion order is issued? How come the exclusion order was issued before being called for a pre removal risk assessment?

I expect OP was issued a departure order rather than an exclusion order. But that's just my guess.

Yes they have called me for PRRA but My appeal is pending with appeal division so my question is what will happen next CBSA will wait for any decision from IAD or they will proceed with removal ?
I have a favourable decision in admissibility hearing in which it was decided That I did not misrepresent myself and I am not inadmissible to Canada But not permanent resident. I was landed immigrant so on that basis I have filled appeal to IAD. which is still pending.

Your situation is far too complex for anyone on this forum to provide any reasonable answers. If you aren't already, it would be a good idea to work with a qualified immigration lawyer.
