Hi all,
I have a query regarding working remotely in Canada for a company from another country (specifically from Australia).
My brother is coming to visit me in toronto this September for about a month. He plans to work remotely for his Australian company for 2 weeks out of that month. My question is, would he still require a working visa to do so? The company he works for has no ties to Canada whatsoever (they're strictly Aus and NZ only).
I did find this link below and it doesn't seem like he would need a visa, but we want to be absolutely sure. Thanks for all your help!!

As long as the company has no Canadian customers or clients and does no work on Canada / sells no products or services in Canada, he is good to work remotely without a work permit.
