Remote work for Quebec employer

Hello,
I am currently working in Montreal since Summer 2020 (with a PGWP). I’m planning to leave Quebec this summer to go to Ontario to apply for the Express Entry under CEC.
Is it fine if I continue to work for my Quebec employer remotely, while waiting for the PR process?

I will of course apply to EE only after being settled in Ontario.
