I am looking for any advice or help regarding the remarks in Post-graduate work permit. I have received my PGWP until my passport date of expiry so it says: " Post graduate employment. Temporary resident status maintained as per R183(6). Document issued to expiry of passport".
I went to other threads and my some acquaintances their PGWP says and additional line which is "Valid passport required for any further extension".
So am i eligible for the remaining time period of PGWP (i have received of 1yr and 9mo, the remaining time is 1yr and 3mo)? if i call CIC agent will they be able to tell me my full tenure of PGWP?
Your help and guidance will be highly appreicated.
I am also in the similar situation. I got PGWP for two years against three years due to passport expiry. Have you got your passport extended for the balance period? Please confirm.
