I am thinking of applying to SINP and have a question regarding "close relatives in Saskatchewan".
My Uncles wife's real brother is a permanent resident of Saskatchewan.
Can he be considered under category "Close Relatives in Saskatchewan".
As per the SINP express entry application guide, the following are considered as close relatives:
parents
sisters/brothers
aunts/uncles
nieces/nephews
first cousins
grandparents
step-family members/in- laws of the same relationship
Please advise if I can claim points under this category.
But it's mentioned on SINP page that you can claim points for 'INLAWS OF THE SAME RELATIONSHIPS' and uncle is there in those relations. Can someone clarify please?
