Dear sirs,
when I have tick my application about avaliability of Relatives in Canada,Are the CIC or CIO canada asking for Relatives approf in Canada? If yes whate the kind of the evidence will request?(Address ,names ...etc)
local visa office asks for Proof of Relatives in Canada and not Nova Scotia.
They are looking for proof of
1.Your relation to your relative in Canada(e.g. for your paternal uncle give 1.Your passport with your fathers name(estd. relation b/w you and your father) 2.Fathers passport with your grand fathers name 3.Your uncles Canadian Passport showing your grand fathers name ,hence your father and uncle will establish relation based on same father's name )
2.Your relative's Canada Citizenship or Immigration (1.Canadian Passport or 2.PR Visa )
If you have relatives in Canada you should provide their name and adress in Canada and residency status proof like PR card, Citizenship card etc...together with any copy of document to proove how they are related to you. If they are with same family name (Sur name or last name ) it would be more easy to proove the relation. Other wise more documents may be required depending on the relation.
IF we wait for the VO for sending the 'proof of relative in CAnada', how can we earn point at the CIC level and have our application approved ? Will a letter stating our claim along with intiial application be of help ?
