relatives declaration to settle in ontario

hi, I have been asked for declare any ties( relatives) in Ontario to show intent to stay in Ontario.
My first Cousin( son of my father's brother) and My aunt (real sister of my father) is living in Ontario and my wife's real brother is living in Winnipeg. Should i write relations or should mention only who are in Ontario.
As query is raised by OINP for Intent to stay in Ontario .

Please help.
