Hi, can anyone tell me how many points we get for an uncle who is a Canada citizen also I'd like to know about whether we are eligible for any points for a distant relative(mother's cousin). Also how can we proof the relationship with a distant aunt. Thanks in advance.
For Express Entry, you can get points for eligibility for your uncle but no CRS points. Where does your uncle live? It is not your cousin so nothing.
Thanks, uncle lives in Ontario. Will it help me for PNP program?

No. Ontario doesn’t give points for relatives. Your uncle will give you points for eligibility but nothing more.
Thanks for the quick reply. would like to know one more info.My mother's cousin lives in Alberta, any use for mentioning that relation?
No. Too far removed must be
- you have a parent, child, brother and/or sister who is a permanent resident living in Alberta, or a Canadian citizen living in Alberta

Assume you have your ECAs and IELTs and ready to submit your profile. Good luck.
