Relative in Canada

I got my manitoba nomination through a distant relative of my wife. When filling EE profile i selected no relative for my wife because the realtionship btw my wife and the person isn't listed in the drop down menu. I have birth certificates of their parents showing how they are connect by great grand parents. Should ininlcude in my LOE how the person is connected to my wife or i should just ignore it? I have ITA now and i am about to submit. Some feels IRCC won't border how i got my manitoba nomination.

Does the qualification actually go as far as great grandparents thought it stopped at grandparents ? What connection out of interest are you claiming ?

We already got nomination certificate and 600 pts... so it works. Just want to know if i should still let the IRCC know..
Friends can sponsor in manitoba...doesn't have to be a relative anyway
