Hi
1- My sister and her husband and 2 children are permanent residents in Saskatchewan, is it better for me to apply under SINP or I can get the advantage of my relative in any provincial program
2- if I applied under SINP, can I settle outside Saskatchewan and what will I lose ?
Thanks
would you help me in this please

This article will help you to clear things out about relatives: http://www.cicnews.com/2015/06/saskatchewan-engages-federal-system-canadian-immigration-opens-express-entry-stream-065451.html
In terms of a 2nd question that's usually a moral obligation to stay in the Province rather than law regulated. However, some advise that you do have to stay in the Sask. for required period.

I read the article and it is still unclear whether I can get the advantage of my relative in provinces other than SAS ?
