i have my brother-in-law (wife's brother) in BC as PR, i am the main applicant
my question is,
while filling for EE what should i use in relative in canada ??
can i use him as brother or no relative in canada and use in my wife's profile that he has brother there.

can i claim points by using only my wife's relative or i can use him also as brother ??

how can i claim these points by staying main applicant

You can claim points in wife's relative section.

doesnt matter either if the relative is yours or your spouse's. u get 15 points

make sure you enter correct info

You'll need to list your wife as accomanying to claim points for her brother.
