please suggest me
can i go for the visa application without GIC as i have to apply under general category??

Applied for M.E in electrical and computer engineering at University Of Windsor
B.tech(CSE)- 64.85%
+2(Non Med)- 81%
10th- 80%
IELTS-6.5 (R-6, W-6, S-6, L-7.5)
Tuition fee- 16000$ paid
Bank Stattement- around 14-15 lac (four months old)

Hi dipta i also want to ask as these GIC guys are delaying process and i have also sanctioned the loan for 20 lacs but in the sanction letter it is wriiten that it will be dispersed after visa approval. so can go with applying visa by this sanction letter and my tuition fees reciept

yes you can apply in University category only
GIC is not mandatory for univ students
even i have done same process ;p

Yes you can use that Bank sanction letter. Its obvious condition so go ahead.

Bro you have a good file which shows you paid tution fees and still you have around $26000 in your account. You are good to go and you will get visa for sure. 8)
