Can any one tell me that do Canadian immigration officer keep record of my profile after rejection?
Following wordings i received

" You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code 0111 Finance Manager. Although the NOC code correspond to the occupation specified in the instructions, the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC. i am therefore not satisfied that you are a financial manager NOC 0111. Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience in any of the listed occupation, you do not meet the requirements of the ministerial instructions and your application is not eligible for processing."

1- Do my profile would be saved?
2- Do I have option to Contest?

Please ans..

you are done..., no need in applying ever again, the profile saved indefinetly and you can't contest, move on.

Yes they keep records...just don't know for how long or if it's permanent. You can re-appeal if you feel that you can strongly argue your case. It does not mean that because they are not satisfied that you performed the major/lead roles of the NOC you are claiming, you are already banned from applying and that you have misrepresented yourself. You should order CAIPS or GCMS to see the real reason.

I have the same letter (almost)...when I received my GCMS/CAIPS, the exact reasons are: my experience letter was undated (which is not true) and my contract has no job duties. They found a separate sheet with job description but no indication that it relates to me....therefore they are not satisfied.

If you cannot re-appeal for whatever reasons, you may wait for the next announcement early 2013 and re-apply when you see an NOC which really fits your work experience.

They have the record. Its going to be in their file. I am sure they would have given you a UCI number. Thats the number for you forever in any Canadian visa issues

my case was refused and got approval on reconsideration following that my Ecas status changed to in process again from DM

my question is how long will it take to get MR now

my time line is below

applied: Dec 2009
first AOR: Feb 2010
full docs submitted: May 2010
2nd AOR: July 2010
Ecas status changed to in process: June 2011
got refusal and Ecas status changed to DM with processing date : March 2012
did reconsideration request : April 2012
got approval email on 13 June and online status changed to in process again from DM (27 June )
