Rejection of workpermit

hey... I have applied my work permit depending on my husband and I got rejected and CIC gave reason that my husband is not working in NOC( O,A or B) level so if I prove that he is working in these level I can get work permit so 2nd time I applied with the NOC level job offer letter and they again rejected and gave reason that if you want to apply open work permit you had to apply for permanent residence..... and now I have to leave Canada immediately.... now what can I do? Because 1st time they had not mentioned about PR

What is your husband's status? What was your status and when did it expire? When did you apply? When did you reapply?

He is on post graduation work permit

As explained on the website, you needed to include 3 payslips showing your spouse is working in a skilled job. Depending on when you went of status, leaving Canada may be your only option.

Yes... I have already show them everything... job letter and pay slips... but still I got this ....
