I didn't pay my tuition fees yet.I had a total of 73000 dollars in both my mom and dads account.I have a house in my home country worth 384600.A plot in my home country worth 320500.And recently I bought a plot for which I have an intimation letter, I bought this plot in February and at that time we actually spent a huge amount of money in our home country.I didn't really mention that part in the covering letter.I have those documents also in which the amount is stated that I have sent to my home country. In addition to this, I also have gold worth 60,000 dollars.

How much of these assets are in YOUR name?
Did you evaluate the properties by a professional evaluator and those documents were in English?
Did your parents write a notarized affidavit of support for your education?
Did you submit ITR of your parents?
Was the account balance maintained for over 4 months?
Was there lump sum transactions close to the date of the statement?
I am assuming the answer must be hidden in these questions. Regardless, get CAIPS notes.

Firstly, didntI just turned eighteen so none of the assets are in my name.
The property was evaluated and all of the documents were in English didn't
I really didn't get what you really mean by a notarized affidavit.I attached a sponsor letter from parents.
The statement was taken in May and the transactions were done in January.
Is it gonna be a positive point if I attach the electricity and water bills of my house in my home country?
Also, one of my uncle living in Canada suggested that I should also attach the documents of my car?Is it a good idea?

As you have mentioned that all the documents were under your parent's name, you should have got an affidavit from them stating that they will sponsor all your study and expenses while you are in Canada. The transactions were made in Jan. that could be one of the reason. Now I personally think you have attached a lot but have missed important docs, like fee of your uni. Even though registration starts in June, you could have just paid first sem fee under your school's account. Got a receipt from the school and attached the same.
GIC is another important document which you have missed.
I don't think there's any need to attaching your bills or car details. These days your property is not considered as a support of living in Canada though it does give you a reason to show ties to your home country. May I know for which uni did you apply for and what's your background 10+2?

No cars price is not needed. Mainly your property and bank balance is enough. You need to show atleast 1yr fee plus 12000CAD. And 3000CAD for return ticket too. Makes around 37000cad. The sponsor should make affidavit for you which should be notarized and attested. Showing too much money or property doesn't guarantee you visa. You can also get it with the amount i told you. Apply for caips and reapply again. Btw whats your profile? Ielts? Which uni?
