Rejection of Express Entry Application

Hi everyone,
I applied for Express Entry online. i am a Civil Engineer by profession having seven years of experience in Sub-Continent. i have got overall 6.5 band in Ielts test. My initial score is 358 as calculated online. I have submitted my profile for skilled worker. My application was rejected after initial processing. Advising me, to go for Provincial Nominee Scheme, on the following plea:-

• not having a valid language test,
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,
• not having enough relevant work experience,
• not having the required education level,
• not having enough funds.

Please guide me accordingly.

overall 6.5? Do you have band in any section less than 6?
