Appear for IELTS again. also whats written on your refusal letter.
 
The reason of your rejection is just financial insufficiency or ielts score..please do tell me coz i m also applying on 6 not less then 5.5 in one band,for that University has provide me esl course
 
Improve Ielts score and always show a little more than minimum when it comes to funds
