I got a rejection letter in my Work Permit saying I dont have status now. So whats the point? Can i appeal? Where? Can i re send the application asking to recover my status inside canada or i have to go out?

How long will you be in Canada before the results come out? I have been here for more than six months and am still waiting for a final decision on my work permit application. My consultant told me that I am automatically on implied status since I applied.
A rejected application would very likely supersede any previously approved application and hence, leave an applicant with no status. If a work permit application refusal specifically notes no status, that would mean visitor status is revoked. Staying without status would ultimately result in removal order. The only other option here would be applying for restoration but if that's refused too, a removal order will follow immediately.

I will re apply for a work permit with a restoration of my visitor status. The website allows you to do both things at the same time.
I will explain to the officer that it was an involuntary error that I miss understood that I will be in implied status but that’s only when you renew or extend the same permit not when you want to change to another one.

Same happened to me, you lost your status. Maintain status it’s only when you want to extend your current status not to change to a new one.
For ex if you wanted to extend your visitor status you will be in mantain status until the visitor record get processed but your changing from visitor to work permit so there is no manteined status there.
