So I had an L1B petition rejected by USCIS sometime in 2012. However, it never crossed my mind to mention it in my PR application due to the fact that the company's petition was rejected, not a visa/permit for me personally.
Will this be a problem? I'm already at NA2 for 2 weeks now. Should I be concerned?
I had similar situation but with H1B rejected petition and yes I forgot to mention that in my PR application...I sent them a CSE after about 1.5 months of submitting my application and never had any issue as I received my PR...
Yup, I agree with @21Goose . Had an H1-B petition rejected in 2014. Didn't mention it in PR application. Didn't raise a CSE either. No problems whatsoever.
If you appeared an interview and didn't make it, then I suggest a CSE to notify. That's sufficient. It's definitely employer petition, but you never know what cic is up to.
