You need to share some information about your profile such as current qualifications, English Language capability, what if any work experience and finally which course you applied for and how you think that would improve your prospects in your home country.

Given you already have a B Com and are working at a bank your diploma will not be considered to increase your skills or employment prospects. Also your IELTS scores are quite low as well as your gpa from your BCom.
Does cgpa effect visa application. Asking for someone who got LOA form canadain uni with 65% in BScs
