By mistake i made the payment online ( $1100 ) under humanitarian class , which has also been processed by the Bank whereas i intend to apply under FSW category.
Is there any way / procedure i can get the reimbursement of $1100 as under FSW class, i think we cannot make the payment online , the payment has to be made via bank draft etc .
they have also sent me a receipt of my payment.
Please let me know if there is any department where shall i report to get the payment back ??? Any procedure which they may have defined for thsi mistake ??
