Regulatory Affairs job opportunity in Canada

Hi All,

I've been working as Regulatory Affairs and QA Manager in multi national company in my country. I plan to arrive Canada early next year. I'm considering how to get a job in Canada. There're several options in my mind
Option 1: As I have pharmacist licence in my country, too, then I can consider to do PEBC evaluation to become a registered pharmacist in Canada. This way requests me to study very hard to pass some exams, and to be honest, I'm not so confident that I can learn and remember many things at my age (>40).
Option 2: Try to attend a RAQA diploma course or Master in a college in Canada and apply for working in regulatory affairs field.

As I have many years experience in RA , I hope option 2 can support me to find a job. Can someone who have gone the same way can give me some experience and information about job opportunity in Canada in Pharmaceutical companies ?

Can you recommend me some colleges/university that has RAQA online course ?

Do you already have PR? Are you an international medical graduate (IMG)?

I have work permit VISA (following my spouse's WP) we don't have PR yet and plan to land early next year. I've graduated from pharmacy university in my country and already received Canadian Equivalency summary certified by WES

So you aren't an IMG. Pharmacy salaries have been decreasing in mpst of Csnada due to a large surplus. Can't comment about how difficulg it is to getba job in regulatory affairs. Canada's pharma induatry is pretty small. Most courses will likely not be online but most colleges usually have the option to either be part-time or attend courses in the evening. You will need to get a study permit and will have to pay international fees until you are a PR.

I would advice to become landed immigrant to save lots of fees as International Student. But decision is totally up to you..

I haven’t encountered any SOWP holder who was allowed to study. All of my friends, and my wife, have the “not allowed to study” condition in their SOWP.

i would also go with @Simba112 ’s suggestion, wait to become landed immigrant to save on fees.
