I want to pay my registration fee of Fleming college as i dont have a foriegn currency account i want to send wire transfer through my cousines account is that acceptable. Do i have to adopt any additional procedure. What would be the mathod.

For the registration fee, you can do the wire transfer from your cousin's account. However when submitting the semester fee you need to process the transaction from your account. Thomas cook can do that for you if you are from India.
