Registering with Job Bank

I am in Pre-ITA phase. I submitted my EE profile and I received a message about Job Bank registration.

I read somewhere that one should have to get registered with Job Bank, whereas I read somewhere that it’s not mandatory anymore. I don’t want to take extra steps if it’s unnecessary or really required.

I have below three questions:

1. Is it mandatory to register with Job Bank?

2. Am I NOT going to get ITA, if I am not registered with Job Bank?

3. Can I register in Job Bank after I get ITA?

Please advise.
