Hello,

I am helping a friend who is a nurse overseas to apply through the Express Entry. The NOC code title "Registered Nurse" matches with his duties and responsibilities. I would like to know if he has to do the Canada nursing professional board exam(NCLEX) for the license before creating his profile since it is a registered nurse NOC code. Also, without passing the exam can his profile in the job bank have any significance? I would like to know if he is required to get into the nursing council in Canada.
