Hi

I am a Pakistani living in Duabi from last 4 years being sponsored by my wife (Canadian Citizen) who is also living with me in Dubai.

1. Do i need to follow & attach checklist from Regional Guide for Middle East with my application?
2. I saw regional guide for Pakistan & there is a authrization form to sign to allow pakistani authorities to investigate my background information from all Pakisatni departments. This form is not in UAE regional guide. Do i need to sign & attach this form?

Hi,

As you are legal resident of Dubai over a period of one year, your visa processing office will be Abu Dhabi.
You have to follow the UAE regional guide.
