Region Specific Form

hello everyone,

i have a quick question about region specific form!

1- i have been a resident of United Kingdom for past 6 years but country of my nationality is Pakistan, which Region Specific form should i use, General Asia or West europe for my spousal visa Application?????

You fill out the region specific forms according to where you live. So if you live in the UK and have indicated that you want your application to be processed through London, you use the West Europe forms.

yes, that's what I did, although I was born in Australia, as I was living in the UK, and asked for my application to be process through London, I used that region specific form.

next question is:

1-my wife is leaving for canada this sunday, our application and other docs are almost ready, she has filled her part and i have mine, i m just wating for my medicals done(hopefully this friday), on their website it says '' sponsor must send the application package to missisauga''

it means after getting my medicals done, i need to post the whole package to my wife to canada or can i directly post it from here(london, UK) to missisauga?

I recommend the UK for region specific forms since its faster than Pakistan. However, just to clear things up for other who may read this, you have the choice between your country of residence and the country of you nationality. My husband has been lawfully a residence of Greece for 8 years but is an Indian national, so we went through Delhi because its faster than Rome in principle.

Secondly, as far as your medicals, everything goes in one package together (your wives sponsorship apps, your apps and all supporting documents) and get sent to Missisauga first. As long as everything is completed, you can mail them from the UK (just make sure the whole package is together).
