I worked for a start-up company which only had 4 employees including me. Would the small size of company be any problem ?
Also for Proving it I have the following documents.
Experience Certificate
Salary Certificate
ITR
6 month bank statement to show last 6 month salary being credited into my account
I'd really appreciate the responses.

really not a problem since there are applicants who are professionals, sole proprietors and entrepreneurs as well. just be prepared with all the details just incase CiC requires any additional information

Not a problem. It's still a company. Reference letter would be enough if it has the needed info. No need for the extra documentation
