Regarding Visitor Visa

Hi I have few questions regarding the visitor visa, hope you will response me asap. I am planning to apply for visitor visa of parents
1. First filled out the application online, print it out and sign. And scan and upload -right?
2. Can we apply online or we need to send all document first to embassy?
3. There are series of file needs to be uploaded. We have to upload all or even if we dont have we can continue without uploading.

Go through the website again. You can either apply it online or paper submission to the visitor application centre or embassy.
