Hello everyone, firstly thanks for reading this post.
I recently took my IELTS test and I got overall band 7. But I got 5.5 in reading and remaining sections listening 8,speaking 7,writing 6.5.

So my question is can I apply to universities in Canada???
Or should I retake the test.
I recently done my MBA in France and I want to do double masters.

Please give me some advice and also which state is good for masters or MBA.
