Applied for TRV from Canada in June. Status still under process. I am planing to travel to my home country(Pakistan). If my visit visa get approved, can I get passport stamped from my home country or I have to submit my passport in Canada

Yes you can change stamping country but Pakistan may be closed which will create a problem.
