Is it advisable to apply for a study permit now ?
I am from india and the vfs office's are closed, therefore giving biometrics would not be possible for us.

I am applying for the sept intake.
Will i get a negative response from ircc ? .
 
You can apply now, they'll just wait until you can give your biometrics to process your application. However, I doubt that will be in time for September.

can I apply from UAE my Student permit, or i should apply from within Canada and then travel back to UAE & wait for SP to come??

PLEASE GUIDE THE RIGHT PROCESS.
I finished my 1 year diploma in Feb2020, since my SP was expiring in May and i had still not received my LOA from new university,

i applied for extend my stay as visitor IMM5708 form in April. CURRENTLY I'M ON IMPLIED STATUS... as biometrics cant be given yet.

My studies starting FALL 2020 are going to be online.

Now I have my LOA, but am confused,
should I apply for new student permit from inside Canada .
or apply for restoration of SP with SP application IMM5709.
or I should wait till i travel out of Canada (since July month i should be receiving my tickets from home, hopefully) and apply for outside Canada SP application.

please guide appreciate your support

Hello,
I have admitted to the Canadian university for fall 2020. I am planning to apply for student loan to pay my tuition fee by the end of July. And apply for study permit by then. Is there any chances of getting visa before the start of my studies in September?
Would you please help me with my query?

You might get a permit or you might not. At the moment, permits issued after March 18 don't allow you to travel to Canada.
