Regarding Spouse's Work History in Express Entry Profile

Hi, would like to get a response on the following query:

Is it necessary to provide the spouse's work history while submitting the express entry profile, if the work experience s outside Canada?

Will this fetch any extra CRS points?

it will be great if you could be more clear on this. the personal history section is at the tie of submitting the express entry profile or not? Sorry. i asked this as i am not aware about these processes.
