Regarding spouse visa

It's Sandeep working here in United States on C1D visa. My wife is planning to go for further study in Canada. We are from India and She did BCA and MCA and I have complete diploma in food production and have around 10 years of work experience.
Well, we were wondering to get settled down in Canada. So , I just want know what are the minimum requirements for us so she can go for study and I ll be invited by her as her's spouse. Is my graduation is mandatory ? and what are the funds we need to show. We will be really appreciated to see your kind replies.
