Hi guys. My wife is applying for a visa to visit Canada. Everything is ready, except, some of the files (example: use of a representative) requires my signature (since shes using me as a representative). Does she need to email me the file, I print, sign, and send it back to her, she signs, scans it back to pc. Or, is the signatures not required since the forms are being sent ONLINE (Also, family information form requires her signature too and it cant be typed out). Does she need to print, sign, scan back to pc ?
Thanks so much guys. Only this is stopping us from applying
if the documents requires signature you can scan it and give it to her. if the forms requires signature she can just fill out the form and after printing it sign it to it......i hope this helps

You are right, when submitting TRV online, the forms do not need to be signed by hand. There is a way to do digital signature and the website will guide you. Just upload the forms including the representative form and follow the instructions on the website.

Thank you very much for clarifying this. May I submit the forms for my wife (she is the one who wants to visit here), or should she submit them herself?
(We`ve already filled the use of a representatif form and everything, just wondering who should submit ).
