I am going to apply for my PR soon but I am stuck at a point where cic asks for proof of separation either affidavit of legal separation ( which I don't have) or an income tax form that shows “separate
My question to you all is-
1. How can I get proof of separation from a tax form?
2. From where can I get an affidavit of legal separation? As I have no contact with him nor his address or his phone number. And we are separated from 3yrs but neither of us has applied for divorce yet.
